Shipping policy

For international orders we currently only ship to the USA and Canada. If you wish to receive your order in another country outside of Peru, please contact us directly via Whatsapp or by email at hola@etnointeligencia.shop.

USA & CANADA

Orders are processed within 48-72 hours of confirmation as we need to finalize all the shipping and customs documentations before your order leaves our warehouse. We will get in touch with you to confirm all the shipping details are correct before sending everything to your address.

We work with a third-party shipping company, SERPOST in Peru which can execute delivery to any address in the United States and Canada in a range from 7-14 days.

SHIPPING COSTS

At the checkout step, your shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the weight of all items combined in your cart.

Orders over 450 Peruvian soles are shipped for free !

Below is the price grid based on order weight ranges:

From 0 to 0.55 pounds: 51 soles

From 0.55 to 1.10 pounds: 81 soles

From 1.10 to 2.20 pounds: 154 soles
